    Construction Cost Estimator- RIB US Cost

    We seek a Construction Cost Estimator to join our team in Miami. As a key member of our production estimating team, you will prepare detailed cost estimates across project phases while ensuring alignment with client objectives.

    • Collaborate with experienced estimators on complex projects.
    • Perform quantity takeoffs, price labor and materials accurately.
    • Conduct bid cost analyses and participate in negotiations.

    You should have experience in major disciplines such as general construction or civil engineering. Proficiency in estimating software is required along with excellent communication skills.
