Responsibilities
- Manage all mitigation jobs including water fire mold sewage backups and bio hazard trauma scenes.
- Complete inspections scopes estimates and change orders.
- Ensure accurate moisture mapping equipment setup daily monitoring documentation uphold IICRC standards SERVPRO processes assist manual labor when needed including lifting demolition containment equipment movement serve as primary point contact customers insurance adjusters clearly communicate timelines expectations work progress needed approvals build strong relationships professionalism transparency responsiveness resolve issues quickly maintain star reviews high NPS scores lead schedule coach mitigation crews train team members technical skills safety job quality enforce PPE safety protocols especially sewage bio hazard work achieve targeted profit margins mitigation projects reduce property damage claims callbacks inefficiencies ensure accurate job costing documentation Xactimate XactAnalysis maintain equipment vehicles clean ready condition participate rotating weekend on call schedule assigned crews ensure prompt professional response after hours.
