About The Role As a CBRE Property Administrator you will oversee the coordination of various departmental and financial activities operating buildings on behalf of clients or groups Work with Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers Verify database management insurance tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date Review code vendor invoices billings expense reports accounts receivables and contracts execution process Support contract RFP execution process Responsible for review data integrity across systems Ensure compliance company policy real estate law state federal guidelines Facilitate communication standard processes policies procedures initiatives support operations Train new team members policies procedures processes administration governance Manage client termination process Participate in Property Management internal audit process Work senior management improve operational compliance Suggest improvements existing processes solutions improve efficiency team
