This role is a cornerstone of our growth, offering a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of our North American endeavors.

You'll be the financial expert, orchestrating all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Treasury to support our burgeoning manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Spearhead our Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts, crafting comprehensive financial reports that guide both North American and global headquarters.

Financial Stewardship:
Oversee the month-end close process in collaboration with our Accounting Team, ensuring precision and accountability.

Revenue Management:
Take charge of Module Supply Agreement pricing, invoicing, and accounts receivable, ensuring our financial flows are seamless.

Procurement Mastery:
Streamline our Purchase Order process, from vendor integration to payment strategies and expenditure insights.

Analytical Prowess:
Dive deep into financial data, delivering insightful budget variance, trend, and flux analyses.

Investment Oversight:
Engage in capital expenditure planning, driving corporate financial goals with a keen eye on ROI and cash flow.

Tax Expertise:
Navigate the complexities of local, state, and federal tax incentives, ensuring compliance and optimization.

Asset Management:
Lead annual asset audits and collaborate with internal teams to uphold the highest standards of financial integrity.

Audit Participation:
Contribute to annual and quarterly audits, preparing essential documentation and supporting our rigorous financial practices.

Innovative Support:

Aid our Tax Team with tax filings, payments, and strategic adjustments, while also engaging in transformative process improvements and system implementations.

Qualifications
A seasoned professional with 6-10 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally within the technology, solar, or semiconductor industries.
A proactive self-starter who thrives on learning and can articulate complex concepts with ease.
Globally-minded, comfortable navigating international operations across time zones.
A research aficionado with a penchant for accounting standards, CPA certification is a plus.
Technologically adept, proficient with leading enterprise software.
