    Description

    VIRELLA
    is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone who is truly passionate and driven. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are leading the way forward.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses while also actively seeking out and nurturing new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them in these same tasks.

    As you become proficient in training your team members and master our processes, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director.

    We offer a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support existing clients.
    • Identify new business prospects, particularly in a B2B setting.
    • Supervise and track team performance.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on our established systems.
    • Regularly report field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership skills.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.


    Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.·Passion for assisting others and building strong relationships.·Exceptional time management and organizational talents.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.·Interest in community involvement.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must have a clean background and reliable transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
