- You will assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of testing non-conformance activities. Summarize non-conformance risk and batch impact or experimental results, and review conclusions with supervisor/project leader. Communicate results of experiments. Keep supervisor/project leader informed of work status, particularly of significant findings and results in critical problem areas.
- You will Analyze and interprets test results, experimental data using various data analysis software, spreadsheets and or applying quantitative methods. Use technical writing skills to produce reports and documents. May present findings at internal meetings.
- You will assume accountability for associated documentation, ensuring non-conformance conclusions are recorded timely, accurately and consistently, and according to established formats.
- You may troubleshoot issues related to equipment or instrumentation. With guidance, analyzes and brainstorms alternative approaches to solve problems, makes recommendations and finds solutions to solve problems.
- You will establish as appropriate internal/ cross-functional/ customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3 years of relevant industry experience or general laboratory experience.
- Ability to execute relevant laboratory experiments
- Strong writing skills. Experience with technical data and data analysis, root cause analysis experience preferred.

Job Summary
In this position you will conduct process, manufacturing, equipment, and testing related non-conformance investigations. Manage non-conformance activities and/or laboratory experiments utilizing established and published procedures and technical and theoretical understanding while managing schedules and work flow to accomplish assigned objectives and product timelines.
