- Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff.
- Monitor compliance with EOEA, MassHealth, OCES and other funding source regulations and program standards.
- Participate in intra/interdisciplinary review of cases.
- Provide in-house consultation and on-going education to OCES staff on health programs, services and issues related to consumers.
- Provide initial clinical training to newly hired HC RN staff and provide follow-up training as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current OCES policies and standards, and funding source regulations
- At least three years' health related clinical, supervisory and/or administrative experience
- Current MA RN license; Nursing degree preferred
- ASAP experience a plus
- A passion for working with older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Willingness to learn and grow with OCES.
