    Formed in 2018, Hwy Haul is building a next generation digital freight platform for fresh produce that connects Shippers (Farmers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers) directly with Truckers, by eliminating intermediary friction, introducing end-to-end digital applications, and building advanced cold chain compliance.

    About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

    Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    What you'll do
    Running orientation and onboarding processes
    Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices
    Mentor managers on employee development best practices
    Responsible for administering performance management program
    Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
    Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA
    Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
    Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
    Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
    Updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives
    Qualifications
    ~ PHR, SPHR or other HR certification, required
    ~ Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field, required
    ~5+ years of HR experience
    ~ Experience with coordination of recruitment process
    ~ Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
    ~ Adept with performance management and investigations
    ~ Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
    ~ Skilled in employee benefits administration
