- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years as a team lead or previous foreman
- 8+ years of experience in an automotive technical position
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Factory training credentials or ASE equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with our customers and dealership personnel
- Must be insurable and demonstrate impeccable honesty and integrity
- Ensure high quality of repair and servicing on all service vehicles
- Manage technician efficiency and overall shop production
- Provide on-the-job assistance, training, and quality checks for technicians
- Review diagnostic results and assist with test drives
- Ensure that work orders are written accurately and match customer concerns
- Manage and coordinate all technician training
- Maintain all shop equipment to ensure safety and coordinate necessary repairs
- Report safety or integrity concerns to management
