We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to be a resource for the Family Practice and Pediatrics departments in a clinic setting.

The Registered Nurse will:

Perform triage work for the office practice
Work with physicians, nurse practitioner or physician assistant to efficiently, effectively, and accurately fulfill the duties and responsibility of an office practice
Perform general nursing care to patients in accordance to the Montana State Board of Nursing statutes and rules related to nursing
Instruct patients on management plans for specific areas of need as ordered by the physician
Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatments; serves as a resource person for many nursing and medical topics
Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit
Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs
Assist during procedures
Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations
Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing
Manage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communications
Participate in and support patient education
Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions
Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission
Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
RN candidate must provide license for State of Montana
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency

The successful candidate will be subject to a background check.
