    **TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST I**

    The candidate for this position will assist with the management of the technical aspects of Bank computer systems, as well as data and voice communication systems. The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support for PC applications, printers, iSeries systems, Internet applications, etc. Additional responsibilities include responding to e-mails and calls in queue in a timely manner, performing various communication systems technology research, including support development and implementation.

    Requirements for the position include a bachelors degree in a computer or business related field preferred (may be waived in lieu of experience), excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to research and prepare complex technical staff-study reports, advanced problem-solving skills (particularly with Windows 10, and data and voice communication environments), along with some prior banking knowledge. Experience migrating users across various operating systems and software platforms is highly preferred.
