    Starting Salary Range at $,/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Maverik and Kum & Go social media teams to execute our organic social media strategy across all relevant platforms for brand engagement and growth for Maverik and Kum & Go.
  • Building a consumer brand and desire to engage more organically with customers
  • Research and find the best practices in social, develop plans for content execution
  • Conduct competitor and customer audience analysis
  • Reporting key findings and important metrics to key stakeholders
  • Assist with Maverik and Kum & Go's social media accounts by developing and executing on-brand content and post/scheduling.
  • Connecting with customers through monitoring all social media platforms and respond to comments and direct messages in a creative & helpful manner.
  • Generate social listening reports that indicate customer sentiment patterns on social media
  • Support coordination of influencer campaigns & UGC content contract fulfillments.

    • Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

    • Qualifications: Experience

  • + years' experience with social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube)
  • + years' experience publishing content and writing copy

    • Qualifications: Team Member Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
  • Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
  • A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
  • Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
