CACI is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to work side-by-side with the most knowledgeable and dedicated team members in the DoD to design, build, and maintain a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transportation management system in support of a high impact DoD customer.
The Lead Data Analyst is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing data analytics expertise and strategic insights to support large-scale public sector multi-modal transportation initiatives.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the strategic data management objectives.

Responsible for the successful execution of the program's strategic data management and integration.
Define and establish overall data management strategy and approach to master data management, maintenance, and quality control.
Define the data migration strategy and data migration plan.
Define the overall system integration approach to include strategies to address and mitigate data quality risks across the integrated enterprise.
Be the point of contact for data analysis and extraction activities for reporting to process partners, internal customers, and vendors.
Collaborate with the Program Management Office to develop and execute project plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Implement and enforce best practices and data quality standards in alignment with CACI and contract guidelines.
Prepare regular status reports, project documentation, and presentations for program stakeholders.
Coordinate with the PM and team to identify opportunities to create sustainable program growth and delivery.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor'
s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
Secret clearance, or eligible
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading data analytics functions for large, complex organizations for the Federal Government (DoD preferred).
Experience managing large projects using Lean methodologies or Process Improvement Frameworks
Experience with master data management, data modeling, and data analytics for large, integrated enterprises
Expert in SAP ERP systems and core Materials Management capability for stock level management, replenishment, receiving, and materials resource planning (MRP).
10+ years of SAP implementation and sustainment experience across various components such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Transportation Management, and Federal Financials.
People management and soft skills needed to lead a diverse team of experts across both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
PMI PgMP/PMP is preferred.
Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment.
Six Sigma lean certification.
10+ years of SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred).
SAP S/4 Hana TM expertise
Operating large ERP systems in a cloud environment.
Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices.
Public sector consulting experience.

Pay Range:
The proposed salary range for this position is $95,500-$210,100.
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
