Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:
High School Diploma with 5 years of administrative experience demonstrating increased level of responsibilities; OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' experience Expert Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Strong database and analytical skills to generate and analyze reports Time and project management skills Advanced communication skills to exchange information and interact with program staff, outside vendors and agencies Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision This is a full-time position working in an office environment Monday
Ability to communicate with others in order to gather and exchange information. Ability to respond to telephone inquiries. Ability to continually proofread, check and verify data from printed form and/or computer monitor display.
Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to enter, retrieve and/or audit information and data on a continual basis.
