We're seeking an enthusiastic General Manager to lead our Playa Bowls location!The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, administration experience,
a passion for healthy living, and enjoy fast-paced environments.
- Responsibilities include interviewing hiring training employees planning assigning directing work appraising performance rewarding disciplining employees addressing complaints resolving problems.
- Schedule Team Members hours utilizing appropriate systems software assign duties ensure economical use food timely preparation monitor compliance health fire regulations regarding food preparation serving building maintenance lodging dining facilities keep records required government agencies sanitation food subsidies when appropriate establish evaluate standards personnel performance customer service review work procedures operational issues determine ways improve service safety perform some food preparation tasks clearing tables re stocking serving food beverages necessary maintain inventories weekly inventory records organize direct worker training programs resolve personnel matters hire staff evaluate employee performance dining facilities order purchase equipment supplies assess staffing needs recruit staff Company methods ADP WFN advertisements attendance job fairs arrange equipment maintenance repairs coordinate services waste removal pest control utilize point sale cash register count money make bank deposits fill business government forms maintain records reports files safety reports adhere Company opening closing procedures maintain accompanying records lives Playa Bowls mission purpose values
