    As a CPRP Care Coordinator for Swope Health Services, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. As a , you are responsible for supporting data entry and caseload assignments. If you have a passion for helping others, this is the role for you.

    Successful Candidates will have:

    • Admissions into Adult and Child CPRP Program Database and Caseload Assignment
    • Processing Discharges from CPRP Programs
    • Tracking of documents in secure database for CPRP Programs
    • Complete Program Entry and Exit in CIMOR Database
    • Manage MO Healthnet Spend Down process for the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) clients
    • Assist Community Support Specialists (CSS) as it relates to their clients' Spend Down
    • Provide MO Healthnet spend down training to CPRP staff
    • Review billing via eCW claims and electronically submit claims to the Family Support Division Spend Down Unit
    • Track and report submitted data
    • Complete documentation in eCW
    • Build and maintain a partnership with Family Support Division Spend Down Unit representatives
    • Engage and collaborate with Behavioral Health Billing Manager, CPRP Adult Program Director, CPRP Supervisors, and CSS's
    • Other Duties as assigned
    Education/Qualification:
    • High School Diploma required
    • Associates or Bachelor's preferred but not required.
    • Organization skills
    • Familiar with excel spreadsheets
    • Using EMR preferred.
