    • Shift: Day
    • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Call required

    Position Summary:

    The Certified Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in assisting with patient care and operating room preparation under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. Responsibilities include handling surgical instruments, setting up equipment, and providing support during procedures.

    Work situations may range from routine to critical, requiring both independent and guided decision-making.


    Requirements:

    • Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
    • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
    • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required
    • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
    • Previous experience preferred

    Pay and Benefit Expectations:

    We offer a competitive benefits package, including a competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $45.77 USD, subject to factors like skill set, experience level, and certifications.

    If this role is covered by a union contract, pay aligns with the appropriate step on the scale based on experience.
