    What you'll do:


    This role works with other global talent process owners, partners, and enablers to drive the understanding, value, and adoption of our Career Development technologies and practices at Oracle.

    Ultimately, these practices build talent readiness across our Global HR and Organizational Talent Development organizations (OTD), ensuring placement of the right people in the right jobs at the right time, accelerate employee development, and help establish a leadership pipeline for critical job roles at Oracle.

    As a Talent Management global process owner specializing in Career Development, you will:
    Be a Super User on our Career Development and Grow modules
    Collaborate regularly with the Career Development program team, our Digital Information Strategy & Experience team, Our ODS, Learn, and OR GPOs, HR Technology and HR Comms
    Own responsibility for driving increased adoption of our Career Dev and Grow technologies (including Talent profile, growth goals, career statement, as well as other features) enabled by Oracle HCM Cloud
    Promote the value-add of talent management success to HRBP, ODCS and the overall organization through communications and partner initiatives that encourage a culture focused on employee and organizational success
    Identify and advocate for HCM product/configuration enhancements to benefit the user experience and/or better meet business needs and requirements
    Align Oracle internal HCM Talent value with those benefiting external customers through the story
    Participate in testing for HCM quarterly release and other system change events to ensure readiness for employee, manager, HR, and ODC audiences
    Develop, implement, and administer methods to evaluate, measure, and improve Career Development technologies and practices along with presenting statistical analysis and recommending solutions where needed
    Design and review philosophy and guidance related to how we use our Career Development technologies
    Determine where change management solutions are needed and collaborate with the appropriate partners to plan and implement for audience success
    Lead, develop and inspire partners and project teams
    Identify and communicate the types of learning & development and resources needed to support talent development at all level
    Identify, report, and implement solutions to help resolve environmental, culture or organizational barriers to realizing the benefits of participation and engagement around Career Development technology practices

    For this role, we also look for:
    Completion of a Bachelor's Degree
    5+ years of HR, OTD, or People-focused program experience highly preferred
    Previous program leadership or inclusion around talent management and more specifically talent review and succession management deployment and ownership preferred
    Data analysis, project or strategic initiative management and communication/relationship building skills
    Collaborative skills for working with HR and technology partners to increase the successful impact of talent management across the enterprise that includes diverse lines of business
    Ability to quickly adapt to change and leverage life in the Cloud delivery of new HCM features and functionality to address business requirements
    Expertise to clarify seemingly complex messages for employee, manager and HR audiences related to the purpose, value and participation in talent processes, particularly related to performance management
    Experience partnering to deliver impactful communications to all audiences in a timely manner to increase their awareness, understanding and engagement
    Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with partners to understand and deliver solutions for process gaps or improvement needs to align with changes in business objectives
    Experience using coaching skills effectively to inspire, support and guide partners and individual system users to leverage the available resources to their maximum benefit
    Capability to present and deliver talent management guidance and solutions to counter inconsistent perceptions or expectations around the Oracle HCM Talent system or process features

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
