    Job Title Transportation Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care Job Description


    The Transportation Manager is responsible for developing and leading global end-to-end transportation solutions that achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods while driving efficiency and AOP adherence.


    Your role:
    Understands transportation modes and their respective applications in addition to familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.


    Actively integrates with the end-to-end supply chain while possessing a clear vision of how transportation supports and contributes to the broader business.

    Creates, develops, and deploys logistics strategies that meet immediate business needs and support global logistics policies.

    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design new supply chains and forecast demand for global freight RFP process.

    Proactively uses TMS data to measure carrier performance and drive improvement with transportation service providers through MBR/QBR.

    Effectively troubleshoots, quantifies, and problem solves issues that arise in the supply chain's transportation network.


    Proactively embeds quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.


    Creates and maintains a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program.


    You're the right fit if:
    You've acquired 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation and/or supply chain management

    Your skills include the ability to create, develop and synthesize data around initiatives that improve logistics capabilities exceeding business requirements; the ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization including peers, work groups, customers and supervisors; ability to communicate and influence others as well as the ability to present data in a concise and proficient manner

    You have a bachelor's degree

    You have the ability to work independently and as a member or a team
