    Your role in our mission


    Essential Job Functions

    • Leads project or acts as subject matter expert with client to gather and analyze user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality, as it relates to client, of ERP product. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client.
    • Applies knowledge of product platform functionality and the configuration toolkit to translate business requirements into functional design specifications, configuration changes or initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.
    • Understands all relevant levels impacted by the ERP system including business processes and reporting requirements, user interface, ancillary technologies, configuration toolset and a strong understanding of tables, fields and the function of source code. Applies, modifies, and/or recommends change as appropriate.
    • Understands the integration of the software platform and implication of module changes on other module functionality, master data impacted, security and development solutions. Provides ongoing ERP functional system support. Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet the client's requirements.
    • Provides and/or develops end-user training for product module(s).
    • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
    • Nine or more years of ERP business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience
    • Proficient with multiple ERP modules within one or more product lines
    • Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives

    The pay range for this position is $88, $127,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
