    About the role

    We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Enterprise Sales Individual with relevant experience of fostering relationships with senior fundraising, development, and alumni relations executives and their teams; supporting them to further their commercial and digital transformation goals.

    In this role you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to close, helping to assess the right product fit for organisations who are looking to further their impact. This is a hybrid sales positions working remotely - but with ready access to a London-based office and a thriving community of Blackbaud staff.

    What you'll be doing

  • Qualifying, pursuing and closing net new sales opportunities within a territory
  • Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Using/maintaining internal sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari) for CRM and pipeline management
  • Collaborating with other Sales team members when operating as overlay resource for join pursuits
  • Engaging with technical and/or executive team members in complex sales scenarios
  • Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customised solutions for each unique non-profit organisation
  • Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of non-profit marketplace and competitor developments
  • Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs
  • What we need from you

  • Experience within complex software sales (SaaS) OR non-profit or fundraising experience
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (i.e. value selling, target account selling, solutions selling, strategic selling)
  • Proven history of consistent over-quota achievement of sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Experience of Blackbaud products would be an advantageous
  • Bonus: Experience of alumni relations
