The Director of Training & Learning Development is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's training programs.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess the evolving needs of the organization and implement learning initiatives that enhance performance,
customer service,
operational excellence,
as well as improve net promotor scores.
