Service Desk Support Analysts .
Your daily responsibility is to answer incoming customer service phone calls, address technical issues via email, and problem-solve for their clients.

Pay Range :
$21.00/hour.
Work Hours : 5AM-2PM (1-hour scheduled lunch)
Location :
Onsite, Downtown Phoenix
Type :
Full-Time, Temporary Contract
Contract Terms : 3-4 Months (till mid-July)
Responsibilities:
Provide phone support and handle email tickets for various technical issues, including resetting passwords, creating accounts in the system, and granting correct permissions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues using the company's ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure smooth communication and problem resolution to clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
1+ years' experience with phone support and data entry.
Call center experience is preferred.
Tech/computer savvy.
Must be comfortable on the phone.
Strong customer service experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
