Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a NetOps Specialist to join a long term DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy located in New Orleans, LA
The contractor will assist with end-user desktop support across numerous Marine Corps installations worldwide
This job is fully on site in New Orleans, LA
SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities for the Net

Ops Specialist:

• Assist with Network Admin support
• Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues
• Work directly with Marines, Government Civilians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls Requirements for the Net

Ops Specialist:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance
• 2-5+ Years of Network Admin experience

Active IAT II Certification:
CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher (CCNA highly desired)

• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices Compensation for the Net

Ops Specialist:

Salary Range:
$55,000-74,000
depending on experience
