- Partner within the Creative + Strategy department to concept, design, refine, and execute ideas
- Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
- Thoroughly absorb the brand guidelines of your clients to become the master of brand style and adherence
- Develop and present creative ideation and designs to both internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior members of the department to elevate their thinking and skills while leading by example
- Push the agency's work to a higher aesthetic and reputation
- 4+ years of experience working full-time at a creative marketing agency
- An impressive history working as an Art Director
- Portfolio of produced creative work
- Excellent conceptual vision and a compelling design style / POV
- Fresh, original ideas
- Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism
- Expert skills across the Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands

rEvolution is searching for an inspiring, enthusiastic Senior Art Director to craft polished, thoughtful, compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will concept, design, style, and execute creative solutions; build and propel existing and new client work; and mentor junior staff in both style and technique.
