Job description
Affordable Repair Service is seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. 1+ years' experience of servicing various appliances is preferred but not required. Your own vehicle and tools are REQUIRED. You will also be required to pass a background check (driving, criminal and drug test). For qualified applicants with limited experience, training will be provided for general appliances. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances while providing exceptional customer service. The Appliance Technician will work independently in the field, utilizing their technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of all major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers and etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
