    Financial Controller

    Join a busy Hospital and Clinic system that is growing their financial department to manage the revenue growth being generated.

    This position oversees the financial reporting and accounting including timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and proper application of health care industry financial practices.

    Maintains responsibility over development and guidance to the team, accuracy of financial statements, and timely recording of internal audits, controls and checks across departments.

    The Financial Controller will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer managing the financial operations, budgets, audits, and financial planning.

    1 hospital and 3 clinics

    150 days of cash on hand.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare or related field., required.

    Master's degree in business or healthcare administration,

    preferred .

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA),

    preferred.

    3+ years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility

    5+ years of previous Business Office experience in Finance, Revenue Cycle, Accounting,

    Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to medical billing and payments,

    Recent experience with designing and managing operational budgets required.

    Advanced relationship building with inter-organizational teams and external stakeholders
