    POSITION SUMMARY &


    HIGHLIGHTS:

    As a Telephone Triage Nurse, you will respond to calls from patients and caregivers to assess and manage symptom-based calls for established patients.

    You will work in a team environment to promote a positive experience in all aspects of patient care with efficiency, compassion and kindness.

    Provides information and education to patients and/or family based on identified needs.


    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday 8:30-5p


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    General Requirements:

    • One year of nursing experience required
    • Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred

    Education:

    • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

    License/Certification:

    • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
    • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
    • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
