International Isotopes Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote/on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. You will work directly with customers to install, maintain, and repair our Iodine-131 Dispensing Robot. This individual will be working remotely the majority of the time and must live near a major airport in order to best serve our customers.

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues

Collaborate with customers and colleagues to analyze problems, develop and implement action plans

Provide training and technical support to customers on the operation of our products

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding project updates and progress

Document all service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and customer interactions

Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role or field service position is required

Strong electro-mechanical knowledge is preferred

Experience working around radioactive materials is a plus

Proficiency in troubleshooting logic controllers and robotics is preferred

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience with remote troubleshooting is a plus.

Education and Education:

• Associate degree in Engineering or Technology field and three to five years of experience in a Field Service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant military technical training will also be considered in lieu of degree.
