Position: Industrial Mechanic Pay: $ $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Location: Germantown, WI

Segment: Pumps & Motor Technologies Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Germantown, WI to work on and rebuild rotating equipment. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, pipe fitting, manual machine work, material handling, measurements, vibration analysis, electrical work, laser alignment, installation and system analysis.
Responsibilities:

• Tear down equipment, utilizing manufacturer's recommendations and industry best practices
• Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage
• Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure
• Provide information on parts and additional work required
• Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment
• Complete information in reports as required
• Paint and prepare equipment for shipment
• Load, secure to truck, and deliver equipment as necessary
• Clean and organize shop as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
