    As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

    Duties:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
    • Assist with sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, market research, and campaign support
    • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track client interactions and manage account information
    • Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
    • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
    • Previous experience in project management, customer service, or account management roles
    • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
