- Supervise and evaluate certified and classified personnel at the school site by providing regular and timely feedback.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the total program of student services including guidance, special education, counseling and community agencies.
- Lead staff in evaluating and responding to the use of educational assessment data for the improvement of curriculum and instruction.
- Establish and maintain a positive learning climate, including an effective discipline plan.
- Masters Degree with emphasis in areas of administration, curriculum, reading, supervision or child development
- Meet School Administrator continuing education requirements
- Successful teaching experience required; administration experience strongly preferred.
