    Job Posting
    We are seeking a skilled CNC Tube Bender to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC tube-bending equipment to produce high-quality bent tubing for hydraulic and mechanical applications.
    Responsibilities
    • Set up and operate CNC tube-bending machines, tooling, and fixtures
    • Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and GD&T
    • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
    • Troubleshoot bend quality issues such as wrinkles, flattening, or spring-back
    • Maintain accurate production and quality records
    • Perform routine machine maintenance and support continuous improvement
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
    • 1-3 years of CNC tube bending or related machining experience
    • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
    Work Environment
    • Manufacturing floor environment
    • Standing, lifting, and manual material handling required
    • PPE required
