    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to define key experiences that shape the framework for innovation using AI, in our flagship product Centric PLM.

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and intelligence of our product suite.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven features and capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

    The ideal candidate will first focus on 'building the right thing' i.e. identifying out the pivotal experiences where leveraging AI can solve customer problems.

    You will then define and build frameworks to scale these experiences across our diverse customer verticals in Apparel, Footwear & Accessories, Food & Beverage, and Cosmetics & Beauty.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Product Management Experience:
    Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a similar domain.
    Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement.

    AI and Machine Learning Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
    Familiarity with various AI algorithms, frameworks, and tools commonly used in enterprise applications.
    Ability to assess AI use cases and determine feasibility, impact, and potential risks.


    Project Management Skills:
    Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
    Ability to create and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


    Communication and Collaboration:
    Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
    Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.


    Strategic Thinking:
    Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to align product features with overall business objectives.


    User-Centric Mindset:
    A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to advocate for the customer in the development process.
    Experience with user research and usability testing.


    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
    Experience with data-driven decision-making.


    Leadership and Team Management:
    Leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
    Experience in managing and mentoring team members.


    Adaptability:
    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic work environment.
    Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions with incomplete information.


    Market Awareness:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
    Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.


    Stakeholder Management:
    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Experience in gathering and prioritizing customer requirements.


    Quality Focus:
    A commitment to delivering high-quality products.
    Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

    5-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing cloud-native products or infrastructure.

    Strong technical background with hands-on experience in cloud-native technologies and architectures.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $190,000+ benefits.

    Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.


    The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.


    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.

    Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
