    Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead engineering process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
    Apply Value Stream Mapping (VSM) methodologies to identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
    Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    Utilize your expertise in industrial products to provide insights and recommendations for product development enhancements.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making processes.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to address challenges and drive solutions.
    Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with teams to implement DevOps/Agile methodologies and accelerate project delivery.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and engineering excellence.

    Strong knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles and methodologies.
    Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
    Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    Ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional team environment.
    Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change.
    Familiarity with DevOps/Agile Methodology.
