- Minimum, Four Year Bachelors Degree in Accounting from an accredited University is required.
- Five years of experience in accounting with an emphasis on sales tax, payroll, and account reconciliations.
- Must be able to analyze the results of reconciliations and offer adjustments when necessary.
- Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards and be capable of analyzing data and properly applying those principles.
- Must have a strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Must be a team player with active listening skills, able to communicate with confidence.
- Be able to work independently.
- Be able to identify, research, and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Microsoft Dynamix AX accounting and ADP Payroll experience is also a plus.
