Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and team-oriented individual to join our team at k-va-t. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, maintaining a positive and friendly work environment, and ensuring the store meets high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure products are properly packaged and displayed, maintain accurate pricing and inventory levels, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Food Safety: Follow company food safety procedures to ensure safe handling and preparation of food products.
• Receiving and Stocking: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, including processed meats and other products.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical Demands: Meet standard physical demands, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Reliability: Attend scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies.
