    **The Project Engineer Role:**

    We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to support our project teams and drive results. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

    Managing project administration on multiple projects, including managing cost and schedule

    Developing and analyzing project schedules, financial reports, and other documents

    Collaborating with project teams to manage job transitions, procurement, and contract management

    Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards

    Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

    2 years of experience in construction-related field, or 6 years of construction-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Basic understanding of construction software such as Primavera, Timberline, Vista and the like

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures

    Ability to communicate well with all levels of workers involved with the project
