- Manage company car fleet from purchasing, supporting, and selling
- Support Operations and vendors with escalating facilities issues
- Assist with ensuring legal & regulatory compliance is met for all stores
- Hold vendors accountable for quality, cost, and warranty items
- Represent our company well in working with landlords
- Source vendors as needed
- Secure quotes and audit invoices
- Update databases and systems timely
- On-call every 5 weeks
- Create Wikis, one-pagers, and content for Operations to use

- Proven history of working with preferred vendors and contractors and holding them accountable to KPIs
- Proven history supporting Operations Field Leadership teams with a high level of respect and urgency.
- Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of constituents that are material to facilities processes.
- Ability to interact and respond to regulatory agencies
- Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work remotely and travel when needed
