We have an opening for Press Operators at our Nexxa Plant in Green Bay WI Climate controlled environment $0 premium health insurance plan & company HSA Contribution 6% 401k Match $25 - $35.00 per hour based on experience + $1.00 night shift premium if applicable Earn $65.Responsibilities
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies Ensure press is running at full capacity while working to improve efficiencies and producing quality product that meets customer specifications and demand Operate the press safely and identify unsafe work behaviors areas and methods that have opportunities for improvement Complete accurate production records both manually and with computer systems to maintain inventory control Manufacture quality finished products that meet customer specificationsQualifications
Ability to perform basic computer operations such as email data entry navigation skills within press operation and data systems Mathematical skills required to compute percentages weights must be able to measure calculate supplies required to complete each job as scheduled Ability to read write speak understand English language such as machine operation instructions safety instructions etc Operate powered vehicles such as forklift scissors lift will need on off vehicle multiple times during shift Forklift clamp truck certification Manual dexterity accurate eyesight including color vision is required workers Must currently authorized work United States full-time basis Must 18 years age older Self-motivated effective team member Able work hour shifts overtime needed High school diploma/GED requiredJob description
