- Design and build BI Reports that meet user requirements
- Utilize ESL's Business Intelligence platform to provide reports
- Implement solutions within agreed upon scope and timeline.
- Supports development of process and procedures related to business intelligence tools and reporting.
- Provides data to be used by other team members as part of analytics and research efforts
- Communicates within the Business Intelligence team progress, risks, issues
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of directly related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years Developing Reports or Analysis Experience. College coursework and internships will be considered.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Excel / Reporting
- Effective organization, communications, and interpersonal
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage given activities with limited guidance
- Ability to follow a predetermined set of standards and process flow
- Detail oriented
- Business Intelligence experience preferred
- 2 years Banking/Credit Union experience preferred

This position is hybrid and remote eligible up to 40% of the time. The office location for this position is at ESL Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
Pay:
Starting Pay:$33.51 per hourPay Range: $ $37.37
Purpose of Position:
The Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the following:Understand and fulfill the data and reporting requirements of the business by designing and building reports to support those needs.Responsible for delivering reporting across the organization that support corporate objectives.Supporting BI Analyst and Department Manager on larger data analytic and research efforts.
