    US Health and Life Marketing, Inc. needs your help. We need an awesome office assistant. This position is located remotely.

    Here are the general responsibilities of our office assistant:

    Review all bills for accuracy from all locations.
    Gather, organize, and enter payroll information.
    Create, update, and send reports to managers for review.
    Keep all soft and hard files properly organized.
    Assist office managers, general managers, and HR managers as needed.
    Requirements:

    Must be skilled in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
    Payroll knowledge and experience
    Bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.
    Must have strong customer service skills to work with customers inside and outside of the company through all forms of communication.
