    Job Summary:


    We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Food & Beverage Associates for the 2024 summer season.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Take and accurately process customer orders with attention to special requests.
    • Ensure timely and efficient service to enhance the overall dining experience.
    • Food Preparation and Handling:
    • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
    • Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene practices, including handling and storing food items.
    • Maintain Cleanliness:
    • Keep workstations and dining areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
    • Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and disposal of waste.
    • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to coordinate tasks.
    • Cash Handling:
    • Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
    • Handle cash and provide correct change to customers.
    • Promote Upselling:
    • Inform customers about additional menu items or promotions to enhance sales.
    • Adaptability:
    • Flexibility to work in various areas of food service, including cashier, food preparation, and cleaning duties.
    Qualifications


    Job Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
