    Description

    Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales to support their growing Export channel. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth global order fulfillment, from pre-sale communication to post-shipment follow-up.

    Projects You'll Work On:

    • Coordinate international order fulfillment from entry to delivery for export clients
    • Maintain and manage price sheets for export markets and generate Proforma invoices
    • Collaborate with the Export Product Manager to provide product recommendations and data
    • Optimize container loads using 3D image software to maximize efficiency
    • Manage all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and ISF filings
    • Arrange inspections for shipments bound for the Middle East, ensuring full compliance
    • Track and verify returns and empty container receipts from global customers
    • Communicate with internal teams—sales, logistics, and warehouse—to ensure timely, accurate shipments
    • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism across phone, email, and chat
    • Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and billing issues

    What Experience You Should Bring:

    • 3+ years in customer service; international or export experience is a strong plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (3–5 years in sales, logistics, or operations)
    • Familiarity with international business practices and freight forwarding is highly preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
    • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and documentation
    • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is an asset
    • Fluency in Arabic or Spanish is a strong advantage
    • A positive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
