Description

SSM Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine to join our Urgent Care team at our newest facility at the Streets of Caledonia in O'Fallon, MO.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to all ages of patients with acute and urgent health issues. This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing for all patients.
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and other therapies as appropriate.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Urgent Care schedule 15-20-minute visits 8am - 8pm

The position involves direct patient contact and requires the ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods.

Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the urgent care needs of patients.
