- Balance sheet accounts reconciled monthly
- Manage books and prepare financials for all joint venture entities.
- Understand loan terms and reporting requirements.
- Enter loan closing statements.
- Review monthly interest statements, code and book/approve accruals as needed and ensure all statements with payments dye are made in a timely manner.
- 4 years of prior Accounting Management experience required.
- Previous experience working in Real Estate Development or Construction.
- Extensive experience of managing books for multiple entities at one time (CPA at an Accounting firm).
- Experience and knowledge of working within Sage Intacct.
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience with Procore.
- Familiar with CSI Master Format Cost Coding.
- Management experience of 2 people.
