TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST JOB SUMMARY
Provide tier two end user technical support, maintain the department's technical infrastructure, and assist with technical projects.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience:
Associate's degree in a technical field and a minimum two years Information Systems experience. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge:
Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting for network clients, network printer installation, troubleshooting and basic Active Directory knowledge required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication and good time management.
Abilities:
Ability to work with minimal supervision, coordinate long-term projects, maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and hospital information required.
