Job Summary:

As a Faculty Member, you will oversee and facilitate student learning experiences in classroom, skills lab, and clinical settings according to the college's approved curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Campus Director.

Key Functions:

Deliver assigned curriculum under the supervision of your direct manager.
Organize and oversee student activities.
Identify individual learning needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of student performance.
Conduct exams and assess student progress.
Develop and execute lesson plans effectively.
Address student concerns and provide guidance as needed.
Engage in departmental meetings and activities.
Model professional behavior for students.
Teach Pharmacy Technician classes and prepare students for successful careers.
Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement.
Participate in orientation, staff, and faculty meetings.
Monitor student attendance and progress.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of field experience.
PT Certification License.
High School Diploma.
