    Creation Technologies is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its team. This hybrid role requires being in the office at least 2-3 days a week and can sit at either our Vancouver, Everett, or Dallas locations.

    Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will work closely with the Finance Team to support all aspects of Treasury activities. This position requires demonstrated Treasury and Financial management and a working knowledge of general accounting principles related to Treasury transactions. Qualified candidates must possess high motivation, initiative, and leadership potential.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform reporting for daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor global balances and ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Execute cash movements and transactions.
  • Assist with bank account administration, banking platforms, and credit card programs (i.e., opening & closing bank accounts, payment inquiries, and all change requests)
  • Analyze bank fees and propose alternatives.
  • Complete vendor audits and assist with the review of credit applications.
  • Prepare month-end/quarter-end reports related to cash operating activities.
  • Assist in trading and confirming the Company's foreign exchange transactions.
  • Assist in the management of bank relationships and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist the Finance Team with the annual budgeting process.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, as required.
  • Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (required).
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is considered an asset.
  • 3-5 years Corporate Treasury (required).
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management, operations, and external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and consultants.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be coachable and trainable for development within Treasury and in preparation for future progression.
  • Exceptional communication and grammatical skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong mindset toward continuous improvement.
  • Excellent technology skills in MS Office (Oracle experience considered an asset).
  • In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between USD $65k-$85k per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift.
