- Partnership & Ownership: Opportunity for partnership; shared ownership of lithotripsy machine and building.
- Technology: Access to DaVinci Si & Xi robotics (use is optional).
- Schedule: Full-time, combining clinic and surgical/procedures.
- Call Duty: 1:3 rotation (about 10 days per month).
- EMR: Paragon (AllScripts).
- Income Guarantee: $550,000+ (base) for 2 years, plus production bonuses.
- Documented $750K+ after production
- Signing Bonus: $35,000-$40,000, adjusted for visa requirements.
- Benefits: 20 days PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision, 401k.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
